General Questions
Quick answers for what HiApartmentHomes is, who it is for, and how the platform works.
Yes, most dashboard tools require an account. If you visit a member-only page while signed out, the site sends you to login and then returns you to the page after signing in.
Yes. The Free Starter Pass lets you test the platform with limited access, including one 5-day property listing, one rental application per day, and one earning opportunity submission per day.
Start in your dashboard. From there you can browse rentals, add a property, submit applications, view opportunities, check your earnings, and manage your membership.
No. Membership and platform access do not guarantee rental approval, tenant placement, listing inquiries, completed work approval, payouts, or income. Results depend on user activity, listing quality, availability, review status, and third-party decisions.
Memberships
Understand Free Starter, Single Listing Pass, PRO access, and what each option is for.
Current options include Free Starter Pass, Single Listing Pass, PRO Monthly, and PRO Annual. Each plan gives a different level of listing, rental application, dashboard, and earning opportunity access.
The Free Starter Pass includes one property listing for 5 days, one rental application per day, basic earnings tools, and one earning opportunity submission per day.
The Single Listing Pass is for members who need short-term access for one listing, rental applications, limited earning tools, and up to three opportunity submissions per day.
PRO members receive fuller dashboard access, property tools, rental applications, saved rentals, expanded earning opportunity access, member perks, and payout tools when eligible.
Recurring memberships may renew automatically until canceled. Always review the checkout details and plan terms before purchasing or renewing a membership.
Some areas depend on your current membership level. If a feature is unavailable, your plan may not include it, your pass may have expired, or you may need to sign in again.
Renters & Applications
Answers for browsing rentals, submitting applications, and understanding rental decisions.
Use the rental search and property pages to browse available listings. Review the photos, rent, location, lease terms, amenities, pet rules, and owner-provided details before applying.
Open the property you are interested in and use the Apply button. Depending on your membership, your application access may be limited by your plan.
Free Starter members can submit one rental application per day. Other membership levels may include broader application access based on the active plan.
No. Rental decisions are made by property owners, landlords, property managers, or their representatives. HiApartmentHomes does not guarantee approval, occupancy, or a signed lease.
Saved searches and favorite properties live in your dashboard so you can return to listings you want to review again.
Property Listings
Answers for adding rentals, listing limits, expiration rules, and listing quality.
Sign in, open your dashboard, and use the New Property or Add Property page. Your available listing options depend on your active membership or pass.
Listings follow the duration of the selected plan. Free Starter listings expire after 5 days. Single Listing Pass and PRO listings follow the limits and duration of the active package.
Use clear photos, accurate rent, location, availability, bedroom and bathroom count, pet rules, utilities, deposit details, parking, and any important lease requirements.
Yes. Use your dashboard property tools to manage your listings. If you are an administrator, your listings may be managed manually instead of expiring through normal member rules.
Yes. Listings may be removed or corrected if they appear inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, duplicate, expired, or not related to a real available rental.
Opportunities & Earnings
Answers about dashboard opportunities, submissions, approval, earnings, and payout requests.
Earning opportunities are dashboard tasks members can claim, complete, and submit for review. Approved work can add eligible earnings to your earnings dashboard.
Free Starter members can submit one opportunity per day. Single Listing Pass members can submit up to three per day. PRO members receive expanded opportunity access.
Your submission appears under Recent Submissions in the dashboard. Pending means it is waiting for review, completed means it was approved, and rejected means changes may be needed.
View Submission Link opens the URL you submitted with your completed work. It helps you review what you sent without changing your submission.
No. Bonus links may open in a new tab and are separate from your work submission. Follow the actual opportunity instructions first.
The standard payout minimum is $49 in available approved earnings. Eligible members may also see early payout options before reaching the standard minimum, depending on membership, balance, and request status.
Safety & Support
Use smart safety habits and contact support when something looks wrong.
HiApartmentHomes may review or remove listings, but users should still verify addresses, pricing, lease terms, owner identity, and payment instructions before moving forward.
Meet during daylight when possible, tell someone where you are going, confirm the address, avoid sending money before verifying details, and trust your instincts if something feels wrong.
Only follow verified payment instructions from the landlord, owner, or property manager. Be careful with wire transfers, gift cards, payment apps, or requests that feel rushed or unusual.
Refresh the page first. If the issue continues, contact support and include the page name, what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened.
Use the Contact page and include your account email, the page or listing involved, and enough detail to understand the issue.
