Before any or all data is added to this website, it is skillfully reviewed and processed extensively for any errors. From time to time, this process can become quite taxing and overwhelming for us. We need your help with inputting the most relavant and available properties on to our website. Of course, nothing in life is for FREE, so with each completed entry you'll be compensated accordingly. How do I get paid?

Please make sure your profile is filled out completely. Workers get paid when their property submissions reach or becomes satisfactory. When a member logs into their account, they can check the status of their property. submissions. I a submission is shown as "Draft" then it's not ready to be approved. Only properties shown as "Completed" or "Approved" will get you paid.

    Rules of Submission Guidelines

    Current Rules of Submission as of January 2, 2024
    • No Punctuation Errors
    • No Spacing Errors
    • No Grammar Errors
    • No Duplicates
    • Title should be specific as possible
    • Sentences should be error free
    • Should not contain any "puns", "idioms", or "slang"
    • All submissions should include photo (min. 5 photos)
    • Property address
    • Description of property
    • Listing price

    How to get terminated or banned from this site?

    Members MUST follow these strict rules or eventually get banned from this website
    • Members can ONLY create one account and use one account.
    • Using more than one account and accepting a job more than allowed from the "Job List" in your Dashboard will result in account termination.
    • Members should ONLY accept jobs that they are capable of finishing. If you think that you cannot deliver a satisfactory result, then don't accept that offer.
    • Accepting any job from the "Jobs" in the Dashboard and submitting it with errors can and will result with the submission not being "Approved".
    • Members will automatically be paid for jobs completed correctly, marked as "Approved" or "Satisfactory".  Money will then be deposited into the member's account (Dashboard) once the submission is deemed "Satisfied".
    • All banned or terminated accounts will not have the ability to withdraw any available or balanced funds in their account (Dashboard). You will forfeit any remaining balance.
    • All inactive accounts after one year will be "Deleted".
